we are sorry that you decided to change your travel plans.

Flexible Fares (Fare classes starting with letters B,O, V and Y can be held in credit for travel up to 365 days (1 years) from the original booking data and remain refundable for this period.

We are doing our best to facilitate your refund. Refund processing may take up to two weeks plus any delays banks may experience.

All other fares except seat only domestic can be held in credit for travel up to 365 days (1 years) from the original booking data but are non-refundable and remain refundable for this period. Applicable penalties will be deducted from the fare value before converting it to credit.

You can request a refund using this form if any of your flights had flexible fares.

For bookings made through travel agents, online travel agents (such as Expedia, One Travel and Cheap-O-Air) please contact your travel agent or Online Travel Agency site as they hold your payment until after you have traveled and they also own your reservation so we can not cancel them ourselves.

There is no need to enter your credit card details in this form, we can only refund to the same card that was used for payment. If you card is no longer valid please add this to the comments.

If you do have a voucher number please enter it. Do NOT enter any voucher PIN you may have received by email. We do not recommend cancelling online - it will expedite the process if you request cancellation through this form.
